Our Managing Director, Christian Gossan, leads the company. He brings 20+ years in digital innovation and transformation.
At KPMG International, he led a global digital programme that strengthened the client-service capability of 200k+ professionals. At KPMG Australia, he served as a client-facing Director, delivering strategy, cost optimisation, and operational improvement across government, energy, higher education, and financial services. He also held a strategic projects role supporting growth initiatives.
Today at Sharpen Advisory, he helps organisations design scalable digital experiences and is actively applying AI to make them smarter and more engaging.
His work has been featured in Harvard Business Review (March–April 2023), and he speaks regularly at industry events worldwide.
